She was predeceased by: her daughter Robyn; her parents, Luke Wurth and Joyce Wurth; and her sister Kathy. She is survived by: her husband Don Lyons; her daughter Kristina Irons (Nate Irons); her granddaughters, Natasha, Stella and Audrey; her siblings, Kim, Kurt and Clark; and her siblings-in-law, Cyndi and Joe Barnhart. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Contributions in her memory can be made to the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier.
