He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Cooper II and Ethel Horn. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Marie; his children, Rachelle, Travis, Steven (Janelle) and Gerard (Yorley); his grandchildren, Daesha, Hannah, Mateo, Elias, Kateri, Lucia, Rosa, Yoachim, Josiah and Maryem; and his siblings, Dolores Smith (John), Jerald Horn (Raymona), Adrain Vaughn (Rubin) and Cheryl Wilkerson (Ronald). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
