He was predeceased by: his parents, S. L. Peters and Mildred Dow Peters; his stepmother Bertha Peters; his sister Carol Picciano; and his stepsister Joyce DeGelleke.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, David (Tina) of Appleton, WI, Steven (Jill) of New Bern, NC and Susan Vandermark (John) of Montrose, PA; and his grandchildren, James, Michael, Katelyn, Sara, Brittany, Stacy and Justin. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
