He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Ann Klenchik; and his husband Joseph Mastronardi. He is survived by: his father Charles A. Klenchik Sr.; his brothers, Dominick Klenchik (Laurie) and Anthony Klenchik (Jen); and his nieces and nephews, Quintin, Ashley, Natalie, Stephanie, Caizley and Wyatt.
