She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Bosley (Fish) and Fred Bosley. She is survived by: her sons, Rick Otis of Endwell and Jerry Otis (Gloria) of Indian Trail; her grandchildren, Tony Otis, Mitchell Otis (Cierra), Alison and Alana Otis; her great grandchild Dawson Otis; her sister Jean Doukas (Mike); her niece Terri Ward (Blake) of Kernersville; and her nephews, Rob Byrum (Mary) of Chenango Forks, NY and Justin Buckberry (Marlee) of Wallburg.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to Salvation Army or the American Heart Association.
