He was predeceased by: his uncle Howard LaFever; his cousins, John, Allan and MaryAnne; and his close friend Ken "Kenny" Howard.
He is survived by: his daughters, April Osterhoudt (Mike) of Montoursville and Christine Osterhoudt of New York City; his granddaughters, Roselyn and Olivia; and his siblings, Deede Nolan (John) of Arkville, Susan and Howard B. LaFever. He is also survived by three nieces; and two cousins.
