He is survived by: his wife Amanda Policare (Frapwell); his sons, Anthony Michael IV, Max Phillip and James Patrick; his parents, Anthony Policare and Sue Policare of Vestal, NY; and his brother Matthew Policare (Nicole Policare). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Allen Memorial (511513 E Main St, Endicott, NY 13760). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Endwell United Methodist Church (3301 Watson Blvd, Endicott, NY 13760).

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you send any donations to Maine-Endwell Youth Football, 275 Hillside Terrace, Endwell, NY 13760.
