He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Jacobs and Harold Jacobs; and his grandson Jules E. Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Terrie; his children, Shawn A. Young (Maureen), Kristina M. Petrosky, Alan Scott Jacobs (Marie), Jeffrey T. Jacobs (Jennifer Mower), Matthew J. Parmer (Amy) and Heather M. LePage (Stacey); his pets, Darlin', Dutch, Mason and Kola; and his siblings, Barbara Franklin (Greg), Marianne Leary (John), Gary Jacobs (Theresa), Nancy Clarke (Nathaniel) and Karen Angelson (Mitch). He is also survived by grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
