He was predeceased by: his sibling Alexander. He is survived by: his child William Slutsky; his grandchildren, Janelle Palermo, Briana Slutsky and William Slutsky, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Alexander Baer and Gabriella Palermo; and his siblings, Helen, Anna and Nini.
