She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph; and her sibling Barbara Rexer. She is survived by: her children, Joseph, Stephen and John; her siblings, Judy Birmingham and James White; and her grandchildren, Holly, Joey, Emily, Kylie, Owen, Abby, Claire and John.

Donations in Regina's memory may be made to the NYPD Widow and Children's Benefit Fund or the Alzheimer's Assocation.
