With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Kenneth Devine of Eltingville, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Hazel; and his siblings, James, Ronnie and Betty Vastola.

He is survived by: his son Kevin (Lori); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Michelle Santangelo; his siblings, Bobby and Eileen McDermott; and his wife Joyce.

Please be mindful due to the current State mandate that a mask must be worn at all times in the funeral home and social distancing requirements must be followed during the services. Due to the current Pandemic a strict 40-50 person in room policy is in effect, please adhere to this policy and allow others to pay their respects as well.
