He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Raffaele and Angelina Raffaele; and his wife Rosemarie Raffaele. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph, Peter and Paul; his daughter-in-law GraceAnn; and his grandchildren, Paul, Melissa, John, Christopher and Nicholas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the St. Clare Church (110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308).
