He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carroll and Catherine Fitzpatrick Carroll; and his sister Josephine. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobby"; his close friend Barbara "Bobby" Carroll (Scully); his children, John Carroll (Eileen), Mary Kilgannon (John), Barbara Ammendola (Richie), Steven Carroll (Susan), Linda Mooney (Thomas) and Nancy Carroll (Patrick Reilly); his siblings, Marie, Billy, James, Danny, Robert and Kathleen; and his child Church.
