It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George J. Thorgersen Jr. (Eltingville, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Thorgersen and Margaret Thorgersen; his wife Marie; his children, George, Christine, Tina, Thomas, Marie and Mike; and his sisters, Dorothy Onysko, Patricia Chesney and Margaret Thorgersen. He was also cherished by his 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
