He was predeceased by: his parents, Natale Caccamo and Jennie Agostino Caccamo; and his sister Carmela Salerno. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Caccamo; his children, Joanne Bauwens, Frederick N. Caccamo and Rosanne Damon; his grandchildren, Samantha, Erin, Jackie, Gregory, Joseph and Gianna; and his brother Dominick Cacamo.

The family has kindly asked in lieu of flowers that donations to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital or to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America be made in Fred's name.
