She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Taranto and Anna Taranto; her daughter Michelle Slezak; and her sister Theresa Tichio. She is survived by: her husband Edward Slezak; her daughter Lisa Tamboni; her son-in-law Chris Tamboni; and her grandchildren, Nicholas and Daniella.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Child Church (4747 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10312).
