He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Susan; his wife Megan; his children, Hunter, Sydney and Jake; his in-laws, Mitchell and Paula Chalfin; his siblings, Andrew Lewis (Amy) and Erica Einhorn (Josh) of Swampscott; his grandmother Judith Lewis; and also Michael Chalfin (Tina). He is also survived by MANY loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
