He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Servido; and his parent-in-law Mariannina Petrillo. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Caputo; his father Dominico Caputo; his sons, Domenico Caputo, Antonio Caputo and Paul Caputo; his siblings, Giuseppe Caputo (Rosetta Caputo), Irene Powell and Nella Giancaspro (Rocco); his father-in-law Luigi Petrillo; and his sisters-in-law, Domenica Minnuto (Vincenzo Minnuto) and Angela Monica (Generoso Monica). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
The family will be accepting flowers or donations to St. Jude and The American Heart Association.
