“David Fleischhacker had been my dearest friend whose advice began my teaching career in 1992. I introduced him to his beloved Carolyn, traveled with him to Italy;kept him in my work family as an advisor. When we moved to Florida we kept in touch several times a year. Always knew what everyone in his family was doing. I was not told he had died and I am destroyed. I loved him very much all these 28 years. Rest in peace dear friend. Dr. Carol Lieberman”
