He is survived by: his wife Gloria Bass; his children, Calvin (Kinshasa) and Chawanda; his grandchildren, Calia, Najah and Eric "Matthew"; and his siblings, Alvin, Jacqueline (Victor) and Bernard, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren, relatives and close friends.
