It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Ursula Watts (Elmira, New York), born in Burdett, New York, who passed away on August 18, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Lottie A. Chido (Gardner); and her brother Wilfred. She is survived by: her children, Mike Watts (Vicki Rachel), Mark Watts, Barbara Miller (Timothy) and Charlene Watts; her grandchildren, Anthony Popkin (Thia Popkin), Lottie Mae Watts, Nathan Watts and Gemma Decker; her great grandchildren, Ezrah Popkin and Urijah Popkin; her sister Loretta McKeehan; and her spouse Harold K. Watts.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brand Park Beautification Committee, New Beginnings Church or the SPCA.
