He is survived by: his wife Micki Masters DeLaney; his children, Elyse DeLaney Burditt (Sam) of St Louis, MO, Emmett P. DeLaney (Audrey Stein) and Kienan D. DeLaney of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, John M (Elizabeth DeLaney), Thomas C. DeLaney of Elmira, NY, Eileen (John Clarke), Sally (Paul Goldberg), Ann Deacon of East Syracuse, NY, James DeLaney of Elmira, NY, D. Justin (Joan DeLaney), Margaret (Peter Radez) and Joseph P. (Cindy DeLaney); his mother-in-law Carolyn Winters of Warren, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Michelle Sexton of VanBuren, IN, Pamela, John Vadas of Hammond, IN, Kimberle and Steve. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
