He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo T. Krolak and Harriet Mitchell Krolak; and his sister JoAnne Krolak. He is survived by: his wife Clara Stowe Krolak; his children, Jason Lewis (Manda) of Elmira and Angela Pagorek (Jerry) of Chittenango, NY; his grandchild Lawson; his cousin Anne Hughes; his friends, Tom Petzke and Wally Powers; and his pets, Riley and Rosie. He is also survived by her family; several other cousins and in-laws.
