He is survived by: his parent Ruth Baldwin (Towsend); his sons-in-law, Roxann Werkheiser, Joseph Werkheiser of Elmira, Roseann Gordon, Robert Gordon of Conway, Robin Houghton of Elmira, Regina Coley of Elmira and Billie Jo Baldwin of Elmira; his son Jason Baldwin of Elmira; his daughter-in-law Kristie Baldwin of Elmira; his sister Marjorie Saxer of Horseheads; and also, Richard Baldwin of Elmira, Lorie Baldwin of Elmira, Robert Baldwin of Elmira and Frances Baldwin of Elmira. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
