He was predeceased by: his parent William T. McCann; his wife Joan Hintz McCann; his brother James F. McCann; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Dean and Mary Jurusik.
He is survived by: his parent Irene McCann Cullen; his son-in-law Suzanne McCann-Sullivan; his sister Helen Dean of Elmira; his brothers-in-law, Anne Albright, Robert Albright of North Carolina, John Hintz of Elmira Heights, Joyce McCann of Elmira, Lynn Troy of Elmira and Donald Jurusik of Elmira; and also, Michael Sullivan of Elmira, Rowan B., Kieran M. and Aislinn E. Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
