He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Parke); and his children, Coralea Lewis of Elmira, Michael Cody (Kathy) of Deland, FL, William B. McCartney Jr. (Cheryl) of Elmira and Anna Hibbard (Wesley) of Wellsburg, NY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
