She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Cram and Muriel Barker Cram. She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Cowger; her siblings, Douglas Buckley of Addison, Mildred Swan (Cram) of Gainesville, GA., Joseph J. Cram of Shreveport, Ruth Kettenburg of Florida and Sharyn Henry (Cram) of Canaseraga, N. Y.; her children, Alan Tobey (Patricia), Troy Tobey (Sherry Wood) and Corinne Ludwig (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Kristen Austin (Ben Callear), Katrina Phillippi (Eric), Caryn Cowan (Corey), Mishelle DeTillio (Salvatore), Mikael Stapleton (Lindsay Allen) and Malissa Stapleton. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and several extended family.
