It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Kent (Elmira, New York), born in Waynesboro, Georgia, who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, George Mathis, James Golden, Jr. and Retha Golden Graham. She is survived by: her sons, Spencer C. Golden, Ty S. Williams and Parrish J. Golden; her grandchildren, Christopher Hoodak, Anasah DeMember, Jalasia DeMember, Deontae Kitchens, Kaliyah Magar-Golden, Tianna Golden and Tymere Williams; and her siblings, Robert Golden (Willie Mae) of Waynesboro, GA, John Henry Golden (Mary) of Claxton, GA, Emma Wells, Hollise Roberson of Elmira, Mary Golden of Hephzibah, GA, Florence Golden of Waynesboro, GA and Patricia Jefferson (Andrew) of Augusta. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
