He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen F. Hosley and Carrie B. Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Elaine "Chris" Christine Hosley (Cross); his children, John Hosley (Angela) and JoAnne Seymore; and his grandchildren, Charles Wakefield, Jennifer Harris, Megan Davis, Stacey Hosley, Alexander Wheeler, Christina Hosley, Lois Hosley and Richard Devine III. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
