She was predeceased by: her parents, Melva Peterson and Ernest Peterson; her husband Edward; her son Edward Baldwin Jr. (Skip); her daughter-in-law Betty Baldwin; her grandson Gregory Klub; and her brothers, Kenneth Peterson, Wayne Peterson and Glenn Peterson (Butch).
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Baldwin of Puyallup, WA, Dennis Baldwin (JoAnn) of Bald Knob, AR and Tammi Loper (David) of Elmira, NY; her daughter-in-law Linda Vinsett (David) of Beebe, AR.; her grandchildren, Brian Baldwin (Faith), Jeremy Baldwin, Amy Stiles (Cody), Jamie Williams (Bart), Abbi Loper (Billy Keefe), Alex Loper, Melissa Brainard (Sandy), Matthew Baldwin (Kayla), McKenzie Baldwin (Thomas) and Monica Coghlan (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Dakota, Jason, Adrian, Kypton, Kendall, Brayden, Jude, Lucy, Gemma and Reilly; her sisters, Marjorie VanAlstine, Irene Peterson (Molly McClintock) and Judy Hurley (Richard); her sisters-in-law, Barb Peterson, Marlene Peterson and Barbara Peterson; her close friend Carol Johnson-White; and her pet KoJac.
Due to the current pandemic a private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the Food Bank of the Southern Tier, 388 Upper Oakwood Avenue, Elmira, New York 14903.
