He is survived by: his mother Stephanie Kelley of Elmira; his siblings, Dylan Churchill of Corning, Jalyssa and Maleia Bohart of Corning; his grandmothers, Carol Churchill and Laurie Landon; his aunts, Heather Overly Simpson and Misty Overly Congdon (Gary); his cousins, Gary Tuttle, Greg Tuttle, Gretta Smith (Judson), Diane Carl (Calvin), Micaela Thompson (Austin), Gianni Vickio, Jordan Tuttle (Jordan Anne), Courtney Plumley (Dalton), Brittany Tuttle, Laurie, Linsey, Diane Tuttle, Haleigh Porter (Justin), Harmonei Tuttle and Stella Zafonte; and his nieces and nephews, Sutton, Cayton, Layne, Liam, Jolene and Ellie.
