He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rogan and Susan Rogan (Doherty); his siblings, Ed Rogan of Elmira, Millicent (Fred Clark) and Eileen (Don White); his siblings-in-law, Ann Rogan and Myers Thurber; and his nieces, Mary Ann White and Maureen Rogan Cozzi.
He is survived by: his son Thomas P. Rogan (Jennifer) of Horseheads; his grandchildren, Tyler and Madeson; his son Michael J. Rogan (Stacia) of Alexandria, VA; his former wife Roxanne Marie Rogan of Montour Falls; his sister Mary Lou Thurber of Elmira; his sister-in-law Phyllis Ryan Rogan of Elmira; and his brothers, Colonel John Rogan and Owen Joseph (Mary Ann Rogan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
