It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Francis Mann of Elmira, New York, who passed away on June 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mann and Claire Mann (Elston); and his brothers, Richard (Lillian Mann) and James Mann. He is survived by: his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Elaina Mann of Cicero, NY; his grandchildren, Charlotte and Aislyn; his daughter Ali Mann of Albany, NY; his brothers, Jon (Harveen Mann) and Louis (Donna Mann); the mother of his children Nancy Mann; and his sister-in-law Connie Mann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
