It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted Black of Elmira, New York, born in Blossburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Priset and Lucille Mulford Priset; and his brother Thomas Priset. He is survived by: his pet Penelope.
