She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Raymond Newell and Elizabeth Newell (Bellows); her close friend Stan Youngman; and her siblings, Betty Ziegler (Frank), Marjorie Bates (Paul), Irene Malcolm (Mark), Aletha Townsend (John) and Ralph R. Newell (Jackie).

She is survived by: her husband Jack T. Chase; her daughter Sherry Simons (William) of Peoria, AZ; her grandsons, Gregory C. Simons (Kasandra) of Buckeye, AZ and Mathew T. Simons (Jessica) of Avondale, AZ; her son Mark T. Chase (Leasa) of Peoria, AZ; her grandson Michael T. Chase (Katherine); her great grandchildren, Seneca, Piper and Isla of Gilbert, AZ; her granddaughter Elizabeth Lasley (Drew); her great grandchild Owen; her granddaughter Heather Rischmueller (Tyre); and her great grandchild Rhett.
