Wilkie (Elmira, New York), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Randy Wilkie and Dianna Boswell; her grandchildren, DaRon and Darius Fulmer; and her sister Nancy. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
