We bid farewell to Sharon Agan of Elmira, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 1, 2025. Sharon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her daughter Denise; her parents, Thomas Cunningham and Ruth "Bonnie" Cunningham; and her sister Theresa McLane.
She is survived by: her son Steve (Beth); her grandchildren, Katelyn Liska, Jennifer, Dan and Tom; her son David (Lisa); her grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, David and Sarah; her daughter Karen Tessier (Louis); her grandchildren, Angela Manning, Zach, Drew, Margaret and Patrick; her daughter Kathy Labato (David); her grandchildren, Ashley Marks and Megan Schlesing; her son Mike (Jodie); her grandsons, Rob and John; her son Rob (Erica); her grandchildren, Kylie and Trevor; her daughter Colleen Agan (Paul Molholm); her grandchildren, Eleanor and Alex; her son Andrew (Jill); her grandchildren, Julia and Claire; her brother Bob (Sue Cunningham); her brothers-in-law, Dan Agan and Jerry Agan; and her close friends, Joe and Diane Schiefen.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McInerny Funeral Home (502 W Water St, Elmira, NY 14905). A prayer was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (604 Park Pl, Elmira, NY 14901).
