He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Jo Mathews Cardona of Elmira; his grandmother Darla Talmage of Elmira; his great-grandparent Betty VanCuren-Empson of Elmira Heights; his sister Manajia Matyson Truax of Elmira; his partner Jordan Rafferty of Elmira; his aunt Donna Truax; his uncles, Dennis Truax of Norfolk, VA, Michael Serow of Norfolk, VA, David Truax of Andover, NY and Todd Truax of Washington, DC; his stepparents, Angie Cardona, Andrae Rogers and Dennis Fernandes; and his niece Layla Grace Romano of Elmira. He is also survived by many cousins, step brothers and step sisters.
