We bid farewell to Scott J. Morton of Elmira, New York, born in Dansville, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 22, 2024 at the age of 70. Scott touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Blim and Claude Blim. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Morton (Williams); his children, Christopher M. Morton and Amanda L. Greger (Stephen); his grandchildren, Isabella Morton, Madison Morton, Cody Ripley, Chase Ripley and Owen Ripley; his siblings, Dan Morton, Sr. (Carol), Mary Lanza (Gary), Michelle Bennett, Laurie Sullivan and Tammy Wheeler (Ken); and his brother-in-law Richard Curkendall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Olthof Funeral Home (1050 Pennsylvania Ave, Elmira, NY 14904).
