It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra J. Covell of Elmira, New York, who passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Seeley and Jean Petersen (Clemens); and her husband Richard Covell. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Brown (James Cade) of Binghamton, Daniel Burdick of Lowman and Lloyd Brown, Jr. of Horseheads; and her siblings, Larue Seeley, Cheryl Ruth (Sam), Milford Seeley (Teri), William Seeley, Susan Dunn, Martin Seeley and Steve Seeley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
