Ruth J. Tice Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth J. Tice of Elmira, New York, born in Tioga, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 4, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burrows and Jennie Burrows; her son Ronald Stocum; her husband Roy Tice; and her siblings, Leon Burrows, Charles Burrows, Clarabell Zremski, Lillian Wheeler and Doris Cook.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Rollins; her grandchildren, Larissa Singleton (Mike), Todd Ryhal (Connie), Robin Moon (Aaron) and Ruth Stocum (Harold); her great great grandchildren, Jhamairah and Zhavier Maxwell; her niece Debra Wheeler; and her great-nephew Darod Wheeler. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid, private funeral services will be held at the Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Penna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ruth's honor to Animal Care Sanctuary East Smithfield, PA.
