He is survived by: his wife Christine Owens Ruth; his sister Debra Sefranne Ruth Hingleton of South Carolina; his daughters, Amanda Ruth and Lynette Brit (Joseph); his grandchildren, Tyrone Boles, Laetitia Geter, Sharmane Ojo, Taqulia Mack Williams (Demetrius) and Marqi Jones; his great grandchildren, Robert Blair Wilson and Zhamere Charrez; and his nephew Christopher Williams. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren all of Elmira, NY; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
