He is survived by: his son Joshua J. Passage (Kathy Bailey) of Elmira; his stepchildren, Jeremy Jordan (Stephanie) of Elmira, Tony Van Houten (Ashley) of Painted Post, Jonathan Van Houten, Michael Walker of Elmira and Nichole Van Houten; and his brother Ralph Passage of Bradford, PA. He is also survived by his many grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; as well as his best friends.
