Robert W. Roe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert W. Roe (Elmira, New York), who passed away on June 24, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Roe and Dorothy Allene Roe (Keyes); and his brother Larry Roe. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Robert A.; his daughter-in-law Hillary Roe; his grandchildren, Liam and Emerson; and his sisters, Georgia Welch (Gary), Nancy Beaucage, Barbara Burns (John) and Pamela (Scott).
He was an avid scuba diver and was very involved in the Civil War re-enactment and belonged to the Civil War Heritage Foundation in Gettysburg, PA.
