We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2020, Robert Parker Lambert of Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Parker and Robert Lambert; his parents-in-law, Anne and Jack Ryan; his brother-in-law Tom Ryan; his wife Peggy Ryan of Elmira; his stepchildren, Chris Lowery (Elizabeth) and Patrick Lowery; his daughters, Fuller Crosby of Portland, ME and Lael Jepson (Todd) of Portland, ME; and his brothers-in-law, John Ryan (Gail) and Jim Ryan (Jeanne). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Bob's Memorial Mass of Christian Burial, along with military honors and a reception, will be celebrated at a later date, hopefully unrestricted by covid-19.
