He is survived by: his wife Sarah Augustine Kujawski; his son James Kujawski (Carin); his grandchild Robert F. Kujawski (Robyn); his son Russell; his grandchildren, Dylan, Clara, Kristie Ryan (Phil), Evey and James D. Kujawski; his brother Eugene Kujawski (Patricia); his sister-in-law Dorothy Augustine; his son Donald; and his parents, Joseph Kujawski and Veronica Kujawski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Parish of the Most Holy Name of Jesus (envelopes available at his mass).
