He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Costa Hackett; his wife Viola Ann Roussell Hackett; his grandchildren, Jamie Hopkins (Nick), Tony Baker, James Hurd, Elizabeth Hurd, Eric Reeves, Anna Palo, Chelsey Hackett, Lauren Hearn (Gregory), Leslee Williams (Brandon), Hannah Hackett, MacKenzie Moore (Patrick) and Megan Jenkins; and also, Robert Hackett Jr of Elmira, NY, Richard Hackett (Misty) of Reidsville, NC, Violet Wheat (Bruce Palo) of Harker Heights, TX and Joanne Jenkins (Bruce Gilmore) of Freeville, NY.
