It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert C. Costley Sr. (Elmira, New York), who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Costley and Agnes Costley (Shalbom); his wife Ruth; his daughters, Katherine, June Eva, Debra and Lynn; his children-in-law, Barb and Raymond; and his siblings, Donald and Marie.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Costley Jr., Timothy Costley (JoAnn) and Penny Martin; his siblings, David Costley (Linda), Jerome Costley (Ginny) and Katherine Bury; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Kelsey (Carol) and Sue Kelsey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 5 great great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
