We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2021, Rita Suzanne Grinnell of Elmira, New York, born in Geneva, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Iddings and Doris Eleanor Iddings (Adams); her husband Frank "Bud" Grinnell; and her brother Bob Mattice. She is survived by: her sons, Michael P. Gilly of Elmira and Steven M. Gilly of Elmira; her stepdaughters, Debbie Grinnell Bruns (Chris) of Burkburnett, TX and Michele Grinnell Young (Bill) of Tucson, AZ; her siblings, Candy Siviglia of Seneca Falls, Kay Akens (Kenneth) of Geneva, Benjamin Secor III (Melanie) of Geneva, Renee Thompson (Gary) of Big Flats, NY, Tina LaRosa (Alfio) of Syracuse, Kimberly DeConno of Watervliet, NY, Lisa Stratton (Scott) of Fla, Scotty Iddings (Tammy) of Ferndale, WA and Sandra Spitler (Andy) of Baldwinsville; her grandchildren, Jacob M. Gilly, Bridgett L. Gilly, Abigail L. Cusick and Zachary M. Gilly; and her sister-in-law Jessica Mattice of Scottsdale, AZ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
