She was predeceased by: her parent Frank R.; her husband Jack R. Smith; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Alison Dombroski and John Samchisen.
She is survived by: her parent Martha Dombroski (Jackowski); her children, Valerie Brosey (Mike), Jackie Trout (Mickey), Tom Matt Smith (Alida), Zachary, Connor, Tammy Meuleveld (James), Meagan, McKenzie, John Smith, Dan Smith (Katie), Kristi Smith, Violet Smith, Jessica, Adam, Abbigail Lowman, Michael Lowman (Lori), Mackenzi, Chase, Kevin Lowman, Zoey Smith, Luca Smith, Bob Smith (Julie), Christina, Julie, Alexandra, Buddy (Aimee), Aiden, Tyeson, Justin and Garrett; her sister Lorraine Samchisen of Virginia; and also, John, Cameron, Olivia, Tom Smith (Lisa), Steve Smith, Trish Lowman, Frank Dombroski, Marie Wittwer of Scottsdale, Edward Dombroski of Jericho, Jack Dombroski and Jill Dombroski of Kingsport.
